Can I order samples or small order?

Yes we support samples and products usually 1-300pcs in stock to support your first small order.

It depends on your products requirements.For regular products in stock, 1-300 pcs can be provided. For customized requirements, it will be 500-3000pcs each model and we will need to check your further needs.

Yes, we can. We have two production bases, and you are welcome to visit our factories at any time.

Our products are certified with CE,FCC,ROHS, we can also support you if you need other certificates.

What is the minimum for getting products silk printed or laser engraved?

For laser-engraved logos, which are suitable for products made of aluminum alloy and support minimum quantities of 10 pieces or more;The other is silk-screen printed logos, applicable to products made of aluminum alloy or ABS plastic, with a MOQ usually required to be 500 pieces or more.

Definitely, we offer decreased pricing for purchases of 10 cases, 100 cases, and pallet size orders. For orders of multiple pallets or container quantities, please click here and fill out the form. A sales representative will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Can I have my unique design(shape, color, function, etc)?

Yes, customer’s designs such as shape, color, function are welcomed.

We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs.

Yes ,easy to do custom package, show different packing idea.We usually have plastic bag and color box for option , and customized as customers requirements.

Service

How long is your delivery time?

Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Custom Design–Making custom mould/logo/package first.

Samples–Making samples for you check.

Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.

Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.

Production arranged–we will process the production.

Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.

Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.

Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.

What’s your warranty?

12 months

We have 1:1 replacement for the defective.
Warn Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change, refund or make up.

We don’t have a price list.Because different wholesale customers will have different product requirements. We will need to evaluate your detailed requirements then we can send detailed quotation.

Payment

What is your terms of payment ?

TT (30% of the total amount to be paid upfront as a deposit, the remaining 70% to be paid before delivery, after product quality inspection.)

We accept payments via PayPal ,TT and LC.

Shipping

What is your shipping terms?

a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc
b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.

Yes we can provide. But for DDP shipping, it will require larger quantity and make sure the weight can be 22kg and more.
